Growing up in Southampton, one of the neighborhoods where he now helps people make home selling or purchasing decisions, Grayson is a residential real estate professional who listens and understands. He attended Poe Elementary, Lanier Middle School, Lamar High and the University of St. Thomas so he understands what it means to grow up in Houston.

Grayson came to real estate after a career in corporate sales, where he built his skills in networking, sales and marketing. He owes his success to his ability to listen and better understand his clients’ goals. Grayson believes that his clients’ goals should be his goals.

Before moving to John Daugherty, Realtors, Grayson was a top producer at Keller Williams. He has been licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission since 1999, and, to better serve his clients, he earned his broker’s license in 2006. Moreover he attained the IMSD (Internet Marketing Specialist Designation) in 2010. This is a key designation to help market and sell homes where 88% of homebuyers begin their search for a new home.

Grayson knows and loves Houston’s diverse architecture. He remembers the joy of growing up in a house in Southampton. But he also knows and loves the unique character of the other neighborhoods in the area---West University, Southgate, Afton Oaks, Memorial, Bellaire, the Museum District, Boulevard Oaks, River Oaks, Tanglewood and the Heights.
