"I knew I had found my niche when I entered real estate,” says agent Kay Horsch. “I absolutely love my work!” |
Working in the medical and legal fields for years, Kay knew her dedication, integrity, energy and resources would pay off in meeting the needs and expectations of her clients. |
A native Texan, Kay found her permanent home in Houston in 1975. Kay’s primary focus is West Houston, Memorial and the Energy Corridor, including such specialty communities as Lakes on Eldridge and Lakes on Eldridge North. She is equally “at home” marketing in West University, Montrose, Memorial Park, Memorial and Katy where she has previously lived. |
With many years of real estate experience and numerous awards, including "Rookie of the Year" and a "Top Producer" in her office every year since, Kay has extensive knowledge and experience to handle all facets of real estate. She is well versed in relocation, new construction and resale properties throughout the greater Houston area and is dedicated to continuing education, as reflected in her Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS) and Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) designations as well as maintaining her Relocation Certification. |
“I am a natural-born salesperson,” says Kay. “I get along with everyone, and I’m committed to delivering the the highest level of performance possible to my clients.” Whether you are a potential seller needing specific market information in order to price your home or a buyer wanting to keep apprised of the latest listings to help you find that perfect home, I can help you. For me, "there is a huge satisfaction that comes with being a part of this decision!" |
Kay is proud of her dedicated and efficient work ethic. “Pursue your goals, enjoy what you do...and do it well,” she says. One of her clients recently (6/11) commented "It's been a tremendously positive experience working with you and I would not hesitate to recommend you in the future to any and all.
You are very positive and energetic and we so appreciated all of your help. You made a stressful time go much easier!" DS |
In her free time, Kay enjoys traveling, visiting her son and his family, including two grandchildren, and being anywhere by the water. She is a member and has previously been a contributor and volunteer for the Lakes on Eldridge Swim Team, Candlelighters (an organization devoted to children with Cancer), West Houston Assistance Ministries, Citizens for Animal Protection Society (CAPS) and the Houston SPCA. |
