Originally from Washington, DC, and raised in Fort Lauderdale, David is fond of the old adage, “I ain’t from Texas, but I got here as fast as I could.” David’s passion for real estate began 20 years ago, when at the age of 22, he bought his first house in Houston’s Historic Old Sixth Ward. With not so much as a hammer to his name, he couldn’t resist the 100 year old diamond in the rough. This led to more acquisitions, restorations, sales, and at one point a short move to Savannah, Georgia, to save two grand Victorians in the city’s famous historic district. David then went on to remodel homes for others. With an eye for detail, he has remodeled bathrooms and kitchens, managed new construction, and everything in between.
