Patrick, who can be reached at PATRICK@JPLUBY.COM, is a dedicated residential real estate professional with a thorough knowledge of the Houston market. He began his career over 17 years ago as a Galleria area condo/townhome specialist. Serving many years as President of his HOA, Patrick developed a true affinity for the ownership and management of this type of real estate. Over time, his expertise expanded to include Briargrove, Tanglewood, the Inner Loop areas including the Memorial Park and in particular, the Memorial Villages. Patrick has always been equally adept at representing both buyers AND sellers. Quite often, he has been contracted after a sale to manage many of these as rental properties for his investor clients. In addition, being licensed as a Mortgage Loan Officer since 2002 has made him a helpful advisor on mortgage financing/refinancing matters.
