JOE LUCCO

Qualifications of Joe H. Lucco, ABR, CRS, GRI. After ten years as a real estate appraiser, Joe now heads our brokerage division. Mr. Lucco is a native Houstonian and very active in the local community. He graduacted in 1985 from the University of Houston with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. Additional real estate education has been in such areas as law, contracts, real estate math, finance, property tax, and appraising, marketing to name a few. He holds the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designations from the National Association of Realtors organization.
