As a Realtor it has been exciting watching Houston and Katy grow for 20 plus years. After living in Kentucky, Florida, Arkansas, Tennessee, and Mississippi our family moved to Texas. Having lived the relocation experience personally several times I chose to use this insight and focused on the special needs of the relocating family. In additional to various Coldwell Banker University classes, Previews Property Certification and national RELO training, we obtained the GRI certification from the National Board of Realtors. The last few years we have expanded our horizons into the commercial real estate market. Active commercial sites, commercial leasing of both office buildings and centers, land with commercial potential and locating land for commercial development have presented new and exciting opportunities to continue my real estate career.
