According to Yvonne, "real estate is the best profession I know". Each transaction is different, as each client's situation is unique to them. Helping someone find their home, whether it is their first, third, or an investment property, is always rewarding. But, the rewards of this business are numerous. The friendships I have developed from my business are invaluable. My clients are my referral base. A referral is the greatest compliment I can receive. The first job is to determine clients' goals and listening is a prerequisite to helping a client. I remind myself - daily - to listen. Giving excellence in service to each client is my goal.

"My move to Martha Turner Properties in 2003 was the best professional decision I could have made," says Yvonne. The advantages I receive from my association with the company are advantages for my clients. The company believes strongly in continuing education, and the more knowledge I have, coupled with my increased ability to access information sources, means my clients are also more informed. Keeping up with market trends, technology and neighborhood concerns are important in helping my clients, and here at Martha Turner Properties we are given the tools to do this.
