We Sell HUD Owned Home's. Housing & Urban Development is willing to pay up to 3% of Buyers closing cost. These homes already have a FHA appraisal. Saving money for the buyer in up front move in cost is my goal. HUD has a program for the homes they own with the investor in mind. These homes have special financing requiring a 25% down payment. With that large down payment your home will cash flow better and HUD will allow you to own 4 investor FHA loans. HUD will allow the investor buyer to pay cash or get bank or other conventional financing to purchase a HUD owned home. HUD owned homes are sold through Housing & Urban development registered real estate professionals such as Don Stapp Broker Associate through a computer bid process.
