Janice's background in fashion and textile design is advantageous in helping clients visualize the potential of available homes, and her solid business sense and negotiating skills make her an effective advocate throughout the transaction process.

Janice hails from a real estate family and attained her real estate license at age 19. After attending the University of Texas, she developed and owned a successful wholesale and retail clothing manufacturing company for ten years. Her interest in real estate remained keen, however, and she bought and extensively remodeled five homes during this time. Janice and her husband, a native Houstonian, are long-time Memorial residents and have two children who attended area schools and are now in college. She has been an active volunteer with the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association and the Junior League of Houston. Janice enjoys hunting, fishing and playing tennis in her free time.
